UZSAKYMAS PROCESSING

Our magicians will send two different parcels. The first one will contain the Fingerprint Kit. The second parcel will contain your custom magically made sterling silver necklace. 

Once we get your order, we will send the Fingerprint Kit within 1-3 business days.

After getting wax plate with your stamps, it will take 7-9 business days to magically transform your fingerprint into a Sterling Silver necklace. Please note that this time period does not include the shipping of your UZSAKYMAS.

ORDER PROCESSING

SHIPPING

Lithuanian orders: both parcels of your order will be send via LP EXPRESS. 

European orders: both parcels of your order will be send via DPD.

Shipping times:

Fingerprint Kit (1st parcel): Lithuanian orders: 1-3 business days, European orders: 3-5 business days.

Custom made necklace (2nd parcel): Lithuanian orders: 1-3 business days, European orders: 3-5 business days.

After we fulfill the order, you'll receive an email indicating a tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every necklace contains custom fingerprint and is made individually, so the necklace cannot be returned or exchanged.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES

If you placed an order by mistake or just changed your mind, you can cancel the order before the Fingerprint Kit is shipped, and a full refund will be issued for this option.

If you want to cancel the order after we have already sent you the Fingerprint Kit, we will refund you only the cost of a necklace (80% užsakymo kainos).

We will not refund orders after you receive the Fingerprint Kit. We can only send additional wax plates if necessary.

NOTE that any adjustments cannot be made after our magicians started making the necklace.

GRANDINĖLĖS TAISYMAS / ILGIO KEITIMAS

Jeigu norite pakeisti grandinėlės ilgį, parašykite laišką į hello@magicst925.com per 14 dienų nuo papuošalo atsiėmimo datos. Tokiu atveju, grandinėlės ilgį pakeisime nemokamai. Praėjus šiam laikotarpiui, grandinėlės ilgio keitimo darbas kainuos 15 Eur. Siuntimą tokiu atveju apmoka pirkėjas.

Jei grandinėlė sutrūko per 30 dienų nuo užsakymo atsiėmimo, grandinėlę pakeisime ir sutaisysime nemokamai.

Jei grandinėlė nutrūko jau po garantinio termino, naujos grandinėlės keitimo darbai ir pati grandinėlė kainuos 35 Eur. Siuntimą tokiu atveju apmoka pirkėjas.

Taisymus/keitimus primame tik LP EXPRESS paštomatais, į studiją keisti/taisyti papuošalų nepriimame.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Our magicians pack and send the items with good care. However, unpredictable events may happen during the shipping. If you got damaged of faulty goods, please contact us at hello@magicst925.com and provide a photo of the damaged/faulty goods.
